Ingredients
Salad Mix

cucumber
chopped

cups
grape or cherry tomatoes

can
black olives
sliced if desired
1
bell pepper of your choice
diced
1/4
cup
feta cheese
optional (not whole30 compliant)
Greek Dressing

Tbs
extra virgin olive oil

Tbs
red wine vinegar

tsp
dried oregano
1/2
tsp
dried basil
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/4
tsp
black pepper
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
dijon mustard
Instructions
Add all the salad mix ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a shaker, dressing mixer, or small container.
Drizzle dressing over the salad mixture, stirring to combine. Serve with chicken if desired and enjoy!
