Ingredients

spaghetti

can diced tomatoes

sweet onion
julienned

garlic

basil
chopped

oregano

red pepper flakes

vegetable broth

olive oil
fresh parmesan

Instructions
Ready for this? Add everything to the pot and then drizzle the olive oil and broth on top. Stir to combine.
Bring pasta to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once at a boil, lower to medium-low heat and cover with a lid.
Let simmer for 15 or so minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is fully cooked and the liquid has cooked down considerably.
Serve in a bowl with fresh grated parmesan and enjoy!
