Pulled Pork for Days
This is another easy, satisfying dish in the crock-up as it involves minimal prep and maximum flavor!

pork loin
can substitute pork shoulder
1
large
onion
diced
1
Tbs
cumin
1
Tbs
chili powder
1
Tbs
garlic powder
2
tsp
onion powder
1/3
cup
Diet Coke
can substitute Dr. Pepper
1.5
cups
chicken broth
can substitute beef broth
Instructions
Rinse your pork loin and then pat dry with paper towels.
Mix together all of the spices and then rub all over the pork loin.
Add loin to the crock-pot along with the diced onion, broth, and soda.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours and then serve with your favorite sides and sauce!
