Ingredients

zucchini
spiralized

green onions
diced

carrots
finely diced
1/2
cup
celery
diced
1/2
cup
chicken
cooked and cubed

salt

tsp
pepper
1/4
tsp
red pepper flakes

tsp
garlic powder

chicken bone broth

Tbs
coconut aminos
or soy sauce if you’re not on Whole30

ice cold water

olive oil

hardboiled eggs
halved lengthwise
Instructions
Add oil medium pot over medium-high heat. Let warm for a little bit and then add the carrots and celery and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the spices, coconut aminos, green onion, water and broth. Bring to a boil.
Add the zoodles and stir to combine. Lower heat, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Throw your chicken in towards the end of the 10 minutes so it’s warmed but not overcooked. Remove from heat and serve with a hardboiled egg.
