  1. Add oil medium pot over medium-high heat. Let warm for a little bit and then add the carrots and celery and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the spices, coconut aminos, green onion, water and broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the zoodles and stir to combine. Lower heat, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Throw your chicken in towards the end of the 10 minutes so it’s warmed but not overcooked. Remove from heat and serve with a hardboiled egg.
