Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add all dip ingredients and stir.
  2. In a small bowl or mixing jar, combine all dressing ingredients and mix until blended. I use a blender ball for this and it’s awesome.
  3. Pour dressing over mix, stirring as you pour. Cover and let sit in the fridge as long as possible before serving. This is a good one to make the night before as the flavors work their magic in the fridge.
  4. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
